– Job Overview

This position involves carrying out the responsibilities of a Marketing & Sales Director, with the expectation of eventually joining the executive team as CCO based on performance and achievements.

To sell our products — Optical Modem (HOCSAI) and Digital Twin System (DTS) — the following responsibilities are required:
・Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business plans
・Plan and execute branding strategies to establish mid- to long-term competitive advantages
・Manage resources related to sales (human, financial, operational)

– Required Skills

・Ability to formulate and execute business plans and sales strategies that meet management requirements
・Experience leading a sales team of 5 or more members and achieving targets
・Experience in both domestic and overseas markets
・Ability to coordinate with internal technical teams to reach appropriate agreements with clients and within the organization
・Ability to conduct business meetings and negotiations smoothly in English
・Ability to clearly explain and summarize technical concepts in proper written and oral presentations
・Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to apply them within and between teams
・Understanding of the qualities required for working in a space startup and willingness to adapt flexibly

– Preferred Skills

・Experience in the IT solutions business
・Experience selling products related to space and defense industries

– Ideal Candidate Profile

・Over 5 years of corporate sales experience
・Proactive in developing accounts with overseas clients
・Ability to present fluently at domestic and international space conferences
